110 Exhibitors to Participate in The 3rd Bali Interfood


The exhibition on HORECA, Food and Beverage, Wine, Tea, Coffee, Bakery, Pastry and Packaging. Now in its 3rd edition, the exhibition will be held on 16th – 18th March 2017 at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center, Bali – Indonesia. Bali Interfood will be held in conjuction with Bali Hotel & Tourism – The 3rd International Exhibition on Hotel & Tourism, Bali Wine & Spirits Expo – The International Exhibition on Food, Wine and Spirits, Bali Coffee and Bakery Indonesia Expo.

In this exhibition will be participated by 110 exhibitors from local and overseas which will present the technologies in food and beverage, hospitality equipment, coffee, tea, bakery and packaging. Attended by more than 5.000 local and foreign visitors.

Various events and seminars will be present in BALI INTERFOOD 2017 such as Coffee Roasting Class by AEKI & PPKI, Roasting Competition by SCAI, Bali Sommelier Competition by Indonesia Sommelier Association – Bali Chapter, Baking and Cooking Demo by professional chef, G.M Fun Cooking by PHRI and BHA – Bali Hotel Association, Pastry Competition by IPA – Indonesia Pastry Alliance, Seminar “Bali as a Culinary Destination” by PHRI, Seminar & Talkshow “ The Secrets of Tea” and “ Creating a Niche With Tea” by ARAFA TEA – Indonesian Tea Association, Barista Workshop and Latte Art Workshop by SCAI, Seminar “Open Kitchen Phenomenon” by BHA – Bali Hotel Associations and Seminar “Manual Brewing Technique” by AEKI dan BHA.

Implementation of Bali Interfood 2017 is expected to be a meeting point for food & beverage supplier from local and international to introduce the highlight local food and beverages industries to other countries, to growth businesses markets in food & beverage industry and to enrich the information about the improvement of the technologies in food & beverage processing and packaging to create the new invention and innovation.
