Balinese Fusion Buffet at Raja’s Restaurant


Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa is delighted to showcase an extravagant buffet offering authentic Balinese cuisine at Raja’s Restaurant.

Raja’s talented chefs have selected premium ingredients to present a truly enticing gourmet dinner. Savour the scrumptious Gado-Gado Roll (Indonesian vegetable roll with honey peanut sauce) or Chicken, Lamb & Prawn Sate with crackers, chilli sambal and spiced green beans or Crispy Fried Snapper with papaya salad scented with palm sugar and lime dressing. The array of main courses on offer include a Martabak live station (a spicy omelette pancake filled with egg, vegetables and minced chicken) or Raja’s signature dish Bebek or Ayam Betutu (whole duck or chicken marinated in a secret blend of 16 different spices, wrapped in palm leaves and slow cooked to a confit). The dessert menu includes Sticky Rice Pudding with coconut ice cream and palm sugar or a selection of local Balinese desserts.
