5 of Bali’s Best Teppanyaki

This is the hottest list we’ve got so far, as Teppanyaki Chef do love to play with fire. If you’re looking for the best Teppanyaki in the Island, we’ve got you covered. Here’s the 5 best Teppanyaki in Bali.

Teppanyaki is a Japanese style of cooking that literally translates to “Grilling on an iron plate”. In this interactive session, guest can sit right across the chef as he do his thing… whether you’re cooking meat, seafood, chicken or rice, mushrooms and veggies, the chef will mix all the ingredients with the sauce on a flat stove surface and just chop chop chop. We love Teppanyaki not only for the fresh, flavorful Japanese ingredients, but also for the performance artistry of the teppanyaki chef who masterfully chops and dices the food, then sets the entire grill aflame in the blink of an eye. It’s like a show in its own. There’s not that many restaurants that offers Teppanyaki because it requires specific equipments and skills. These places got them, and we love it!
