PANAMA KITCHEN & POOL

Jl. Pantai Berawa No. 13, Canggu

Since it first open, Sun of Panama quickly gain popularity thanks to its beautiful design. Then everyone start instagraming, and the rest is history. “It feels like we’re in Panama circa 1960,” says one customer. It has a good-size pool that you can use to dip your toes in while enjoying their cocktails. Located in an authentic neighborhood of Canggu inspired by 60’s cultures, tropical designs, also a touch of art deco, Panama serves homemade comfort food and our signature cocktails that are perfectly crafted for you while sunbathing or even just chilling by the pool. It opens everyday. Breakfast starts from 7M – 1PM while Lunch to Dinner is from 1PM-10PM.

KIM SOO CAFE

Jl. Kayu Aya No. 21, Seminyak

First famous for its Kim Soo décor, people started noticing how beautiful the whole setup is. Monochromatic colors and natural materials makes the whole place photoshoot ready. Cafe Kim Soo is a living experience, of the already existing Kim Soo décor product range. Simple, delicious, family favourites that find their way onto your plate. French Toast from our French Mauritian friends.  Pumpkin and Garlic Quiches that have been part of our Sunday baking for so long. Lamingtons and Lemon Pound Cakes from recipes that have been handed down for generations, are there for laid back afternoon teas. Artisan Farine bagels and sourdoughs that are truly world class. Their Baristas are individually trained by a wonderful Italian friend who has coffee roasting running thru his veins. Every morning our vintage La Marzocco rewards Espresso lovers with the heady aroma of great brewed coffee. This is Cafe Kim Soo, generous, fresh, beautiful food and drinks intended to fuel you into a spirited day.

THE SLOW

Jl. Batu Bolong No 97, Canggu

Eat & Drink at The Slow is a contemporary take on ingredient-focused cooking with an island accent. Chef Shannon Moran draws upon his travels through Europe, South America and Asia to create an ever-changing menu of revamped classics, injecting bold, new exotic flavors, with an emphasis on seasonality, sustainability and sane eating. Fiery tastes honor Moran’s desire to cook with open flame. The light and airy restaurant, under a highline of botanical chandeliers, is a magnetic meeting spot with friendly service and a bohemian sensibility. A café by day with private dining during the afternoon and evening, the menu focuses on wood-grilled meats and seafood, local vegetables, farm greens, and field grains. The inventive drinks selection, inspired by mythology and history and designed by London bartender Maya Jaworska, highlights specialty batch spirits, extractions and tonics, with all cocktails pre-batched in-house. A carefully selected wine list presents small growers, regional styles, and quaint vintage wines, encouraging guests to try some of the best old and new world wine the island has to offer. A small collection of local craft beers completes the thirst-quenching offerings. The restaurant connects to Room 13, The Slow’s gallery space, which features a barista station and rotating art collection.

MYWARUNG
