All-time favourites like the Melazane Alla Parmigiana, Ravioli di Spinaci e Ricotta, Pesce Al Cartoccio and Filetto Alla Griglia Con Asparagi e Funghi are executed perfectly, with the meats cooked just right, and the accompaniments balancing the flavour of the meat wonderfully.
