Poule de Luxe’s « petits choux » come in a selection of 12 permanent flavors for the pleasure of everyone. Each week, a seasonal flavor is elaborated by our pastry chef, depending on his inspiration.

The story of the cream puff started in the 16th century with Queen Catherine de Medici cook who invented this classic French pastry, known as “choux à la crème” in French.

These little cakes are round and delicious, crunchy on the outside, smooth and creamy on the inside: filled with our tasty crème patissière.
