Hilton hotels in Indonesia continue the yearlong “#EatDrinkHilton” F&B promotion which was launched in October 2017, through September 2018. Each month, chefs from across the restaurants in the Hilton hotels in Jakarta, Bali, and Bandung will create locally inspired culinary innovations featuring a select seasonal produce.
Chefs from all five hotels operating under Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Garden Inn brand will develop a variety of signature creations using the chosen produce of the month.
Kicking off the promotion in 2018, Mangosteen, which is also widely known as the Queen of Tropical Fruits will take center stage in the restaurants at Hilton. Grows mainly in Southeast Asia, India, and other tropical areas, this exotic fruit is believed to have originated in Sunda Islands of Indonesia. To promote this signature ingredient as one of the Indonesian native fruits, Hilton hotels in Indonesia are proud to collaborate with local purveyors in Indonesia to provide sustainably and locally sourced Mangosteen throughout January.
