If you haven’t heard, April is the International Tomato Month. So, to celebrate, Prego will have daily Tomato-based dinner all across April from 6PM to 11PM.

From healthy salads to flavorful dishes, fresh tomatoes always brighten up to the palate. Enjoy a four-course set menu dinner composed by Chef Alessandro Molini to celebrate the International Tomato Month.

APPETIZER
Pomodorini marinati in insalata al basilico, biscotto di pan brioche, sorbetto al Pomodoro ramato e fior di latte
Basil marinated cherry tomato salad, double baked brioche crouton, beef tomato sorbet and burrata cream

MAIN COURSE
Ravioli di papa al Pomodoro, calamaretti all’ aglio e crema di piselli
Fresh ravioli stuffed with “papa al Pomodoro”, garlic calamari and green pea’s cream

Barramundi spadellato con pomodori, olive e capperi e prezzemolata
Pan seared barramundi fillet with cherry tomato, olives and capper in “prezzemolata” style

DESSERT
Panna cotta al basilico con chutney di Pomodoro e fragole
Basil scented panna cotta with strawberry and tomato chutney
