Lucky Bali diners will be among the first to experience Attarine’s chef-driven cuisine at this collaborative event, headed by Executive Chef Jacob Burrell – who previously served at the three-Michelin-star restaurant Manresa. Opened in October 2016, Attarine in Jakarta has become a celebrated restaurant at the heart of the city, constantly offering diners successful and innovative culinary events, including the monthly exclusive, eight-seat-only ‘The Chef’s Table’, ‘Fireside Fridays’, and ‘Everybody Needs Sunday to Brunch’.
Rooted in Mediterranean simplicity and celebrating the spirit of “Good Food”, Attarine turns the simple act of eating into an experience and showcases the complexity of simple, thoughtful food. Available for one day only, the Attarine at MoVida event will showcase Jacob’s signature wood-fired cooking techniques and highlight the island’s abundant, seasonal and freshest ingredients.
