Ever since its establishment in 1970, each vintage is blended following a two selection criteria: excellence and style.
Cape Mentelle’s rich history of exceptional quality and consistency has set the stage for Arwana Restaurant to proudly present its second wine dinner of the year.
The delightful evening will start off at 7 PM with cocktails and canapés at the beachfront Arwana Bar before dinner commences at 7.30 PM. Executive Chef Made Putra has prepared an exquisite 5-course degustation menu. Each course is curated to perfectly balance each vintage of Cape Mentelle served on this evening, including Cape Mentelle’s Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, Chardonnay, Cabernet Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The exceptional evening will be curated by the Chief Sommelier of The St. Regis Bali Resort, Harald Wiesmann, and will be expertly co-hosted by Senior Business Development Manager of Möet Hennessy Indonesia, Alistair Toyne.
