The collaborative dinner will be held at Bikini, Jalan Kayu Cendana, Seminyak (next door to Sisterfields) on Monday, 1 May at 7pm and tickets can be purchased online.
Creative Culinary Director Jethro Vincent steers the vision at Bikini and for this one night, he invites some of Bali’s best chefs to join in on the fun. “It is great that the Ubud Food Festival has included the Seminyak area for their fringe events and I am really excited to welcome the guys to my kitchen in celebration of Bali and it’s food scene,” said Jethro.
“Bikini is all about share-plate dining. I have taken inspiration from a degustation-style experience and re-created this concept into a ‘feed me’ option where I can send up to 15 dishes out to the table. The menu on the night will follow will have 10 dishes across 5 courses and each chef has a course dedicated to them from mouthfuls , raw and cured, garden, land and sea and of-course something sweet.”
The Ubud Food Festival is in it’s third year and over 100 chefs, culinary icons, restaurateurs, environmental advocates and social innovators will descend to Ubud from 12–14 May for a series of events and experiences.
