This will allow guests to experience different menu every day that features high-quality fresh Tuna from nearby waters combined with other ingredients to bring harmonious flavours. The resort’s Executive Chef, Clinton Webber, presents one of his beautifully crafted Tuna with caramel watermelon, cucamelon, coppa ham and crab dressing. The spice-rubbed seared tuna really speak for itself, while the other ingredients giving a whole new flavor dimension to this already tasty seafood. There is always new “Tuna of the Day” offering every day at The Breeze from 10.00AM to 10.00PM, which is priced at IDR 190.000 net.
Some other highlights of the #eatdrinkhilton new menu also include Delicatessen’s Japanese inspired Spiced tuna salad with avocado, candied beetroot, beet leaves that offers juicy rare seared Tuna that really goes well with the sweetness of candied beetroot, avocado puree as well as the Japanese twist from the homemade dressing and wasabi mayo. For a light but filling meal, there is a Parisian ciabatta tuna sandwich with radish collection, egg, olive mayo, artichoke. Both menu are available at Delicatessen everyday from 7.00AM to 10.00PM.
