‘Road to Wonderfruit,’ a one-day festival at Potato Head Beach Club, will combine fun with fundraising, bringing together the local community to ‘dance for Mount Agung’ in an effort to raise money for the families affected by the eruption threat of Mount Agung.
With a line-up of local and international DJs, art installations, food stalls and sustainability workshops, the pre-event will give festival-goers a taste of what to expect at the original Wonderfruit festival in Thailand later this year.
In keeping with Potato Head and Wonderfruit’s common mission to provide good times whilst making a positive impact, workshops and art installations will showcase sustainability, rainforest awareness and wellness with sound meditation sessions among other programmes. Great music will help to transfer the positive energy into the universe until late into the night.
We have invited Studio Lam and Paradise Bangkok’s Maft Sai from Thailand to play alongside a host of great local acts from Bali and the rest of Indonesia, including Dea, Zatua (Live), ISLAND OF THE GODS recordings (Live), Project ··III, Archie and Seabass.
A series of installations from Rainforest Pavilion and Potato Head will be on show during the day, complemented by programming from sustainable footwear brand Indosole as well as various activations by Kynd Community, Smile Clothing and Peloton Supershop with all helping to raise funds for the displaced families of Karangasem.
