December is a special month, not just because it marks the start of the festive season, but because it signifies the anniversary of Sheraton Kuta and it’s famous Feast Sunday Brunch. To make it special, they invited two talented Italian chefs – Alfredo Russo (1-Michelin Star) and Pino Cuttaia (2-Michelin Stars). They did three events, starting from the spectacular dinner, the Masterclass to the super fun Feast Market Brunch last Sunday.
The spread at Feast Market Brunch is as fantastic as ever. Guest can enjoy the amazing selections, from appetizer to cheeses to the scrumptious Italian dishes. However, since it’s the anniversary, so there are lots of fun activities that guest can enjoy. First of is the fun photo booth. The amazing DJ outside also livens up the brunch, while guests treat themselves with complimentary 1 kg of veggies and fruit + an extra fresh bread to take home. During the lunch, we got to take part in the champagne toast and birthday celebration with all the staff. That amazing giant pizza cake is surely one to remember.
The two Michelin Chefs also cooked up something special for the guest on a simple cooking demo. Chef Alfredo Russo, who earns his Michelin Star for his restaurant, Dolce Stil Novo, prepare a delicious Beef Tartare. Meanwhile, Chef Pino Cuttaia who is known for his creativity in reinventing classic Sicilian dishes into something artistic and vibrant, cook us Arancini. We love seeing a more relaxed side of these two chefs, and we salute them for an amazing culinary journey at Sheraton Kuta Resort Bali.
