Signature produce of the month features locally grown Strawberries from Bedugul Hill

Hilton hotels in Indonesia are launching a yearlong “#EatDrinkHilton” F&B promotion beginning October 2017 through September 2018. Each month, chefs from across the restaurants in the Hilton hotels in Jakarta, Bali and Bandung will create locally inspired culinary innovations featuring a select seasonal produce. This December, Hilton Hotels in Indonesia has curated strawberry as the signature produce of the month.

Hilton Bali Resort’s Executive Chef, Clinton Webber, proudly presents an array of strawberry inspired dishes with locally grown strawberries from Bedugul Hill, Bali. Available at the Delicatessen, guests can savor tasty strawberry-based appetizers featuring Wagyu-berry Carpaccio and Strawberry Caprese Salad at only IDR 90.000 net. While to satisfy your sweet cravings, our pastry team offers Strawberry Macaron and Strawberry Frangipane Tart to accompany your morning coffee of even afternoon tea time.

The Breeze located on the beach side presents Sea-trawberry Salad that combines sea produce like scallops and peppered tuna with fresh strawberries, strawberry crumbs and pea dressing. This special dish of the month is available during lunch and dinner at IDR 190.000 net.

Those who prefer to indulge in intimacy can treat their loved ones to a special strawberry-themed romantic dinner at La Terrazza and Taman Sari cliff top garden. Featuring 3-course set menu paired with a glass of strawberry-inspired drink, our Strawberry Tales Romantic Dinner is priced at IDR 750.000 net per person.

The resort’s talented bartenders also turn Strawberries into refreshing Strawberry Kiss Mocktail and Honey Berry Cocktail. These special beverages are available at Delicatessen and The Breeze with price at IDR 140.000 net for cocktail and IDR 60.000 net for mocktail.
