Sunny Days Are Here…

Let’s Kick Off August’s Party Month with Sunny Side Up

We’ve warned you, August is no time for slacking off. This weekend, one of the most awaited parties of the year is ready to blow your mind. Sunny Side Up Tropical Festival returns to Potato Head Beach Club this 11-12 August 2017. The lineups are crazy this fifth year, with Big Sean, Hot Chip, Charli XCX, Jonas Blue and many more. Word on the street is the whole stage will be spectacular – and will be made entirely out of trash. On the 10th, make sure you watch Eko Nugroho’s art installation at the Potato Head Beach Club entrance called Bouquet of Love.

If Jazz is more your thing, then heads up to Arma Ubud for Ubud Village Jazz Festival 2017It will be two days of pure music and lots of fun, with big names like Glen Buschman Big Band; Benny Brown; Steve Barry; Benny Likumahua Jazz Connection; Balawan and many more. There will be three stages for you to enjoy this 11-12 August 2017 from 3PM- 11.30PM. Oh, for a more intimate performance, catch the exclusive performance from Gerald Clayton Trio (with Joe Sanders and Gregory Hutchinson) this Thursday, 10 August, at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort.

Last but not least, don’t miss Britama Sanur Village Festival 2017, which opens today. With the theme Bhinneka Tunggal Ika – The New Spirit of Heritage, this event will be held at Maisonettee Area of Segara Beach Sanur. This will mark the 12th years of SVF, and they had lots of events throughout the week. We visited the Kite Art Exhibition, and it was amazing. The festival will be held for five days, from August 9th-13th, 2017.
